Plant-based Chef Skills Course | Sunday's 17th May to 14th June
This practical chef skills course consists of five classes that will improve your confidence in the kitchen | We'll cover all the basic fundamentals of cookery that you would start with when training to become a chef.
1. Knives, knife skills and vegetable cookery
2. Stocks, soups and salads
3. Plant-based proteins + eggs
4. Pasta, bread and grains
5. Pastry and sweet baking
$225 per person to book in for all five two hour classes
Alternatively join into any of the scheduled classes for $50 per class
Included in the hands on practical classes, recipes and information folder, food and drink, skills and experienced hints and tips | Vegan and Gluten-free
