Preserving, Fermenting & Homemade Vinegar Workshop | Sunday 18th April 2-5pm
Autumn is preserving time here at The Veggie Tree. In this workshop I invite you to bring along your Autumn bounty (there will be plenty of produce to use if you don't have your own bounty) and together we will preserve it for using throughout the year | Relishes, chutneys, sauces, sauerkraut, kimchi, vinegars, jams and pectin to set the jams! This will be a hands on workshop with organic unrefined sugar and homemade vinegars provided along with recipes, tips, key information about sterilising and bottling + jars | $70 per person | Vegan and Gluten-free
