Hot lime indian syle pickle. This has a traditional Indian flavours, is punching intense and delicious, perfect with a curry or pakoras. These preserves are hand-crafted and made in small batches.The seasonal produce is grown here in Northland and is Spray-free or organic where possible. Made with un-refined organic sugar and I make the Kombucha and Cider vinegars used in the preserves. They are suitable for vegetarian, gluten free and vegan diets.
