ONLINE Winter Wellness Workshop | Sunday 19th July 2-5pm
The Veggie Tree Online Winter Wellness Workshop will pick you up out of the winter blues with a bunch of immune boosting recipes to tickle your fancy and your microbiome. Together (virtually) we will make a Golden Glow Smoothie, Immunity Sauerkraut and Fire Cider to support your beautiful body over the colder months. Vegan and Gluten free friendly (please let me know when booking) These LIVE interactive classes will allow you to cook in the comfort of your own home along with me, ask questions, and set you up with some tried and true homemade wellness products | $66 includes the LIVE class, recipe and information file via email I will send out a list of ingredients, equipment and the Zoom link the Sunday before the class (21st June) Please ensure you agree with the Terms and Conditions when you book in and pay for the class

Where: Private Zoom Meeting
The Zoom link, ingredients list, equipment list will be emailed (to supplied email) on the Sunday before the workshop, please contact me immediately if it has not arrived. Ensure you have the app downloaded to the device you’ll be using and know how it works. The scheduled timings allow sufficient time to sign in and get situated and will begin within 10 minutes of the start time.
You will need: A device that you are comfortable using and possibly a stand or tripod for it to sit on. If you are cooking along with me and want to ask questions you’ll need to ensure a quiet moment with your own background noise as to not distract other participants.
This live online workshop is an alternative to an in-person class.
I will be recording the workshops in Focus Mode with Cloud Recording settings solely of myself during the class for marketing and advertising purposes, these will not include participants, names or voices in order to respect participants’ privacy.
Your booking and payment confirm your place in the workshop for the scheduled date and time for which you will receive a confirmation email.
A reminder email, including the Zoom link, will be sent out the Sunday prior to the session giving you one week to get your ingredients and equipment prepared. Please check the workshop date carefully when booking. Refunds are not available but if you want to pass it on to a friend please let me know before doing so, if I don’t recognise the name attending they will not be able to join.
